Return & Refund Policy for Miraqule Did That LLC

At Miraqule Did That LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Because our press-on nail sets are handmade and often customized to each customer's preferences, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request assistance, email us with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement product
Store credit
A refund, at our discretion

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order.

We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from measurements provided by the customer.

Because sizing is customer-selected, orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to incorrect sizing.

Color and Design Variations

All nail sets are handmade. Minor variations in color, design placement, glitter distribution, and embellishment placement may occur.

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Miraqule Did That LLC is not responsible for:

Lost packages
Stolen packages
Delayed deliveries
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Custom orders may not be canceled once work has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued when:

A product arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item was shipped
We are unable to fulfill your order

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Chargebacks

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. We are committed to working with customers to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.
